Australian-based technology company, Notifyre, has officially launched its one-of-a-kind transitional messaging platform built to put an end to legacy messaging systems, like fax and SMS, in the healthcare industry, once and for all.

It works by identifying whether a fax number or a mobile number is connected to a Stirdie Business ID within the system and therefore sending a secure digital file or verified message if the fax or mobile number has been successfully connected.

Killing fax with secure file transfer

By binding fax numbers hosted in Notifyre to a Stirdie Business ID, healthcare organisations have the option to send a secure digital file via secure file transfer instead of a fax if the system recognises that the recipient’s fax number is linked to a Stirdie Business ID.

Businesses with a fax number hosted in the platform connected to a Stirdie Business ID have the option to send a secure digital file via secure file transfer instead of a fax. When Smart Routing is selected, the system will identify if a recipient’s fax number is linked to a Stirdie Business ID. If connected, a fax will be sent as a secure digital file. If no connection is found, the message will be sent via the traditional route: fax.
